Katherine Jenkins,30 Opera singer has known for her bold sense of style.Last night she left Gore hotel, after attempting the BBC Children In Need concert in London.Shew lloked sexy in red satin gown encrusted with gems.
The classical singer looked elegant and slender in the show-stopping number, but the effect of the cut out panel on her stomach rather gave her the look of a belly dancer.
She sang Parla Piu Piano accompanied by the cellist at the BBC Children In Need concert with Julian Lioyd Webber.After their performance, Jenkins and Lloyd Webber spoke of their delight at being invited to take part in the pop music event by organiser Gary Barlow.
She said "I was honoured to be part of this event and glad that Gary thought to include a classical act.She also added "It shows classical music is becoming more popular."
Lloyd Webber said" I believe classical acts should be part of events like this. I thank Gary for thinking of it.He added "It's so often left out, if you think of the Princes' concert for Diana, there were no classical acts."
Katherine Jenkin is also the first female artist to win two consecutive Classical Brit Awards. Her first album Premiere made the fastest-selling mezzo-soprano to date and later became the first British classical artist to have two albums crossing number one in the same year.
