Heid Klum Samuel has just checked into the hospital. Klum entered Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to most likely preparing to give birth to her fourth child. Apparently she checked in last night night. There has been no official word from her publicist as of yet.

In other Heid Klum news - Heidi Klum is going to be Klum-less. According to reports, sexy supermodel host of Project runaway is changing her last name to her husband's last name, Samuel.

Seal's full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel. So she will be named Heidi Samuel.

Heidi Klum is pregnant. Her pregnancy was announced in April 2009 during Seal's sho at Radio city Music hall in New York. She was reportedly three months along on that day. She is due soon!

The couple already has two sons together and adopted child of Heidis's ex, Flavio Briatore.
